Pharmacists Are The Unsung Heroes of Healthcare

They're the most accessible healthcare provider (90 percent of Americans live within five miles of a retail pharmacy). They're one of the most trusted healthcare professionals (some surveys only show nurses being more trusted than neighborhood pharmacists). Their services are more convenient and closer to home than other sources of care (like emergency rooms or urgent care). For many communities, they are the best option for quick, convenient medical care. And we think it's time everyone knows that.

EnlivenHealth® created the Ask Your Pharmacist Initiative with one purpose in mind: to elevate pharmacists as the healthcare leaders they truly are. While the public has always trusted pharmacists with their medications, they often don't realize that filling prescriptions is just scraping the surface of what pharmacists offer their communities.

What else can they offer? Ask your pharmacist.
